At some point we went from looking half-decent on IE6 to "wow, where is the sidebar?". Hopefully, a few small CSS tweaks can get us back to half-decent.

I think we need to:
* Stop using direct child selector (A > B) in end-user facing parts (contributor specific areas don't need to support IE6).
* Adjust a some widths.
