steps to reproduce:
1.Log in to AMO 
2.Load https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/app/%E6%B3%A8%E7%9B%AE%E3%81%AE%E3%82%B3%E3%83%AC%E3%82%AF%E3%82%B7%E3%83%A7%E3%83%B3-2/?src=cb-dl-downloads
3. Click on the purchase button
4. In the lightbox, click on "Pay with PayPal"



actual behavior:
Nothing happens on clicking "Pay with PayPal". I don't see any errors in the error console.
