User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/535.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/15.0.874.102 Safari/535.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to www.123got-it.com
2. Click Login

Actual results:

The animation is jerky (on a Core i3 machine + ATI Raedon 5450).
The animation is done by css3 transforms + css3 animations.

Expected results:

The animation is smooth, as can be seen in IE 9.

Further Information
The speed improves a bit if I scale down and scale up the overlaying div via firebug. Heuristics on Layers?

This is smooth on my laptop. What's your about:config graphics section say?
Pretty chunky here with Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family (latest drivers of course) on Win7 x64. Chrome's a bit better, though I wouldn't call it smoothe either. IE9 is reasonably smooth, though things don't render quite the same as the other two.

IE9 is super smooth compared to Nightly and Chrome.
forgot to mention conducted on clean profile.
removal of the box-shadow resulted in perceivable speed-up.
Mass bug change to replace various 'parity' whiteboard flags with the new canonical keywords. (See bug 1443764 comment 13.)
