Details

Currently, the best way to file a bug concerning hal is to file it under Widget or DOM but hal isn't like widget and isn't directly related to DOM.
We should have a proper way to file hal bugs with a dedicated component: Core::Hal.
can you please provide a full description of the component.

To bikeshed this, I really think that if we need this at all it should be "Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL)", since I had to go asking on IRC what "hal" was.
