Details

The middle (main content) area is transparent for me until I scroll down a bit (basically until the sidebar is off the screen except for 1/2 the search box).  Then the background turns black.

In Chrome it's black the whole time.

10/31 Nightly, Win 7.
Worksforme on Mac; might be a windows-only graphics issue...

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.

Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.
