Details

We currently only have Karma actions defined for questions. We need to start tracking contributor activity in the KB like:
* how many edits have they submitted broken down by locale
* how many edits have been approved broken down by locale
* how many edits have been deferred broken down by locale
* how many edits have they submitted broken down by locale - that's covered via the documents panel of the user.
karma will be going away
