Details
Remove use of CACHE_PREFIX in our code, because oremj has added KEY_PREFIX into the caching. We'll need to fix django-cache-machine and django-rate-limit to not use CACHE_PREFIX. CACHE_PREFIX is used in the build process so make sure that still works smoothly.
