The question mark icon in the Dashboard does not do anything or display any information. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Install the apps extension - Can be found at http://people.mozilla.com/~mdabbagh/openwebapps/extension/
3. Either click on the 'Apps' icon in the Add-on bar or go to myapps.mozillalabs.com
4. Try to click/hover mouse over the question mark

Actual Results:
Nothing occurs.

Expected Results:
Information is shown regarding the use of the Dashboard such as how to arrange the apps and how to delete apps as well.
Priority: -- → P1

Fixed!  Now a nice floaty help window appears on hover.
Committed to develop, waiting on a pull to myapps to make it live.
