The primary bookmark file and all backups (.json) have all lost my nested folder structure.

Steps to reproduce:

opened bookmarks, structure was gone, same with all (.json) backups back to Oct2010.  Checked for multiple profile folders (there was only 1).  Read .json files in other browser (IE) ... same missing content/minimal content.

Expected results:

hundreds of bookmarks organized into folder and sub-folder categories should have been visible ... lost in ALL backup related files.  Happened within last 3 days (today is 12Nov2011) ... I've been traveling.
It's too late to act here, I hope all of the changes we made in the last 2 years have improved things. Regardless, this was more a support request than a bug we could action
