When the stop button is pressed, 1. A toast should be shown saying "Stopped" 2. The stop button should disappear 3. The progress spinner (or throbber) should stop.

This does the needful. I haven't increased the target size for "site security". If we plan to do so, I would like to do it when we show larry UI.
