On the secure webheads (where we send mail), we should run a local postfix that forwards to socketlabs. the app can be configured to talk to localhost, and we'll get free queueing/logging/etc.

* listens on 127.0.0.1:25 only
* smarthosts to smtp.socketlabs.com with auth
