Details

We want to allow users to "push" an app to clients at the installation time.

We need UI for this, but we probably also need some mgmt APIs, and a way inside sync to see what other clients exist and request that another client install an app.

The old app sync codebase is no longer going to be supported. Apps in the cloud will be under a different codebase. None of these bugs are valid anymore.
