Steps to reproduce:

Tried to go to the Paypal site which redirects me to www.paypal-business.com.au


Actual results:

Redirect happens but www.paypal-business.com.au times out. Tried in Chrome with no problems.


Expected results:

Should have loaded the page - final landing page in Chrome is: https://www.paypal-australia.com.au/business
Loads fine here - very likely not a Firefox bug but an issue with your settings.
I'd be interested to know what settings?
Windows XP SP2 running Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:12.0a2) Gecko/20120307 Firefox/12.0a2 under Vbox, the link loaded without any issues to me as well.

Brett i guess you have to adjust some of your network settings.
FWIW it now works.
