To reproduce it: 1. Click-and-hold on installed app in Dashboard 2. Uninstall app 3. Look inside ~/Applications - the ".app" folder is still there

What's going on with the Pivotal Tracker link? It just shows a weird "sign out" message that looks like JSON to me.

I'd ignore that - that was a mistake on my part a while back when I was testing pivotal tracker integration into bugzilla.
