Actual results:

The "%" field is enabled even when task is set as Completed.


Expected results:

According to the test, the field should be disabled when the task's status is put as Completed. However, it is still editable after selecting Completed. However, it's only a minor bug since changing the value in the task dialog will not be saved (field is editable, but not applicable).
