Details
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #562737 +++ Right now, when an admin in bz_sudoers uses sudo, the user being sudo'd receives an e-mail, but there isn't any type of notification sent to the maintainer. The maintainer should also receive a similar notification informing him/her of the sudo usage.

I wrote a patch for this already (attachment 442483 [details] [diff] [review]), but since it was rejected by upstream, should probably add a hook upstream and use that instead (unless we're ok with patching relogin.cgi directly). Thoughts?

Summary: Using sudo should also notify the bugzilla maintainer → Using sudo should also notify bugzilla-admin@
ideally we should be logging these events to a table and viewing them via some sort of admin console, but none of that infrastructure exists, so emailing a list is fine.
