Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to AMO apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/ 2. Click on "My Purchases" 3. Click on "Request Support" 4. Click on "I want to request a refund" Expected Results: There is a button on this step and the next step to cancel the refunding action Actual Results: There is no button to cancel the refunding action, user can only skip this if he navigates away Notes/Issues Attaching screenshot for this issue

Related to bug 686813 it's meant to be all modals, which has a cancel button on (closing the modal), but an explicit cancel never hurts.
