Please add multiple price tiers since the Fee amount is the same as the Received amount. When refunding, we're taking another $0.01 from the dev's so in the end, he's $0.01 short.

Fee Amount: -$0.01
Net Amount: $0.00

REFUND: -$0.01

Total Dev Account after refunding: -$0.01
That sucks for refunds. @fligtar?
There's an issue with refund fee's not being quite right at this point. Because its 0.01, the rounding looks like its a 100% fee charge on the refund, but it's not. However if we increase the tiers, you actually end up losing slightly more money at this point.

We are in contact with paypal to check on these fees.

There isn't an easy way to get around this without raising the prices significantly. It's not a great solution, but for the moment we are going to disable refunds. They can still be done through Paypal if you want.

@krupa, will be putting refunds behind a flag so we can do it in testing.
