Counters marking zero
Both Answers and Solutions next to each user of the forum show 0 (zero) in the counter even though the "karma points" are properly counted and updated.

I made a backwards incompatible change to the karma manager that broke this. I disabled karma until it's fixed so the values show up. * Add unit tests to detect this.

Verified that karma no longer displays in prod and that tests were added.
