The "Clear Authorship Colors" button on etherpads brings up the JS dialog, but hitting "OK" doesn't actually clear the colors.

Attaching a screencap of the button in case you don't know which I'm talking about.  It's the stripey button on the left.

After pressing the button for clearing authorship colors:

It looks like a focus issue after having a JS prompt.  
1. go to http://people.mozilla.com/~nhirata/html_tp/jsprompt.html 
2. click on say my name
3. click in the js prompt and type something
4. click ok for the prompt
5. click ok again for the prompt

Expected: "Say my name" button is clickable
Actual: "Say my name" button is greyed out
