There's nothing coming out of http://pulse.mozilla.org/live#, or if you use a python script (http://pulse.mozilla.org/ -> Quickstart), and when we try to publish to pulse the connection opens but then hangs on a response. AFAICT the message processing part of the world is dead even if http works fine.

assigning this to legneato wont help much, as he's very AFK right now. Who else can look at reviving pulse?

Weird, the server looks up and is fine. Perhaps the IT issues in the phx datacenter? The uptime says 11d 22h, which I think coincides with this report. I connected to the server and am getting heartbeat messages. I'm going to close this out as WFM (unless someone else did something underneath and it should be FIXED, I see there was a login on the 9th). Please let me know if this isn't up for you.

It has been fixed by someone or automatically over the next to last weekend. It worked fine for me since this time.

It got rebooted, and we stopped sending events for every buildbot step start/finish.
