Details

When presing shift-tab in a form the focus doesn't travel backwards.  Tab moves
it forwards depending on the "tabindex" settings in form elements but shift-tab
does not move it backwards.
This is a duplicate of an existing bug #67404 which documents it for all
platforms. Marking as duplicate.
