Steps to reproduce:
1. Login to AMO apps page https://apps-preview-dev.allizom.org/en-US/apps/
2. Purchase a paid app from the store.
3. In the "Thank you!" window click the "click here" link to install the app.
4. Repeat step 3

Expected Results:
Error message is shown "App was already installed."

Actual Results:
The purchased app is installed multiple times.

why shouldn't the user be able to install the same app multiple times?
The button should become "Launch" and it should run the app.  That's what we're doing everywhere else, right?
