User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:8.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/8.0
Build ID: 20111104165243

Steps to reproduce:

I was testing some other bug when I set up a test HTML page with a nested rotating image.

Actual results:

The div was drawing on top of the menu bar and native widgets, until they get cleared later.

Expected results:

Native widgets should be drawing on top of the page.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode

If not, does it work if you disable HWA (hardware acceleration)
The bug seems to have gone away after I switched to safe mode.

Just to test it I turned safe mode back off, then disabled HWA in the options menu, restarted, and the bug seemed to have gone away. That said after that I turned on HWA again and can't seem to repro it, so I don't really know what's going on...
Let's call it a fluke for now - if you can find some solid steps to reproduce post back and we can re-open
