As we're now encouraging developers to use Scriptify and Scriptish packaged user scripts (as opposed to Greasemonkey) it would be good to have the common files checksum'd like Jetpack SDK files are so we know they're safe and can ignore.
Andrew, can you spec out what we need to detect and what warnings or messages to show?

After further thought, currently it doesn't seem that there are enough addons based on Scriptify to justify this being implemented.

Marking wontfix for now, to be reopened at a later point if there is a larger uptake.
