This bug is about replacing our old admin edit user page with the current user edit page + the admin section at the bottom.

This has a=krupa.  We just need to switch the "Manage User" link on the user pages to point to the new page instead of remora.  Should be fast and easy.  Please do it early so we can tell it works.
