It appears the Windows Visual Studio build got broken when using

  ac_add_options --disable-webm

in .mozconfig.

I'm getting linker errors because of unresolved symbols, the first one being

  "nestegg_destroy"
Do you have Bug 709721 part 3 applied to your tree (landed today on inbound, not sure it was merged on m-c yet)

No; just m-c. Sounds like this is going to be the fix.
Apparently resolved in the meantime.
