Details

When I start Firefox on galaxy nexus ics, the Firefox toolbar shows up and then a moment later the ics menu pops in. the whole interface should come in at the same time.
OS: Windows 7 → Android
Hardware: x86_64 → ARM
This is the default behavior of ICS. Even ICS's own apps like Gmail, Market and Books works this way. This is some sort of regression in android between Honeycomb and ICS. Basically, the application's name is shown in a default header. Then the custom action bar is loaded and menu is inflated. In honeycomb, the application is shown after everything is inflated.
