AzureBackend is not localizable in about:support.
See bug 707223 comment 3 for the cause.
What exactly do you mean?  Now that bug 707223 is fixed, is this fixed too?

It looks like only some of the data in the "graphics" snapshotFormatter is mapped to localized strings, and data.info isn't.

I think that's what this about; things like "GPU Accelerated Windows" are localized, but "AzureContentBackend" isn't. Not sure this is worth fixing, though - it seems to me like having localized row names for about:support has only a minimal benefit, particularly for a setting this obscure.
