We need to push a few updates to the basket web service today. Sorry for the last minute-ness of this, I was trying to get it ready earlier but we've been having problems with the dev site.

It should be an easy, clean merge. Ping me on irc (jlongster) when this happens.

You need to add the following config in settings_local.py:

CELERY_ALWAYS_EAGER = True

We need to add this to the dev site first and I can test real quickly to make sure it works, and then go ahead and push it to basket.mozilla.com.

Engagement is rolling out new newsletter tomorrow which depends on this.
