This version always does a force install and also sets the maintenanceservice.exe to 0.0.0.0 so even if we want to test to an older build, the bootstrap will replace it. I'm not in a rush for this by the way since no maintenance service code has changed so the inconsistent versions across build servers doesn't matter.

I tested this on one slave, and it deployed fine with the existing scripts \o/. I updated the zip file on build.mozilla.org, and the rest of the xp/w7 should pick this up, too.
