Details

The following remaining issues need to be addressed after Bug 709391:

* Use Makefile includes rather than catting into variables.
* Preprocess sync_syncadapter.xml directly into its final destination.
* Split long lines.
* nsinstall:

  > +	$(NSINSTALL) $(srcdir)/resources/xml/*.xml res/xml/
  into
  $(NSINSTALL $< $@
