STR:

1) go to http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections/election_2012/election_2012_presidential_election/2012_presidential_matchups
2) touch outside of doorhanger dialog
3) popup is opened

Expected:
As when pressing the back button, the popup should not have been opened
Sounds like we assume you want to see the popup if you dismiss the doorhanger. We probably should assume _not_ showing it.

Hmm... I'm not getting popups on the rasmussenreports link. The normal html popup test works fine if I push both "Back" or just tap outside the doorhanger popup. Alex, can you still reproduce this?
