Currently we fail in building the environment on Windows due to the following problems:

* We expect that the download function returns the target filename. That's not the case anymore. We directly pass it in as parameter.

* All files have to be put under the mozmill-env subfolder in the archive. That doesn't happen at the moment, so everything ends-up in the root folder.
