Tracking bug for SPDY, which could improve Sync's ability to do work efficiently (especially on mobile).

so for a meta bug, this isnt looking really useful. There are no blockers, no dependencies, and no comment about who is working on it in Sync or services. Richard(s), whats going on?
Closed until our load balancer vendor supports this someday, I'll find it and reopen then.

Marking status whiteboard as [needs champion] as, per comment #1 above, someone needs to say "I'm the server-side SPDY champion" and file all the Eng and Ops bugs to make it happen.
