We need a bullet-proof written procedure that describes how to connect a Powerpoint equipped Windows machine to the podium video feeds.

The tricky bit seems to be setting the appropriate screen size (1280 x 768) on the monitor feed and having the slides and speaker notes appear in a way the speaker expects.

I think this has largely been solved by better EDID setups on podium inputs.  However, having a checklist on how to get speaker notes and slides to appear on the appropriate outputs would still be useful for both Powerpoint and Keynote.
