This will be part of the Karma system [1], so I'm invalidating this bug, but the feature will be there when we activate the Karma system.

This is on the Twitter side. We need to figure out who created the app (I am guessing wenzel or abuchanan). Not sure if they created a new account or used their own.

@army_of_awesome manages the app settings mentioned in comment 4.

I've updated the URL for production to use support.mozilla.org, and I updated the stage and dev app URLs as well.

James now has the Twitter account credentials too.
