seen on commercial builds: windows 2001-03-13-10-mtrunk mac 2001-03-13-10-trunk -launch the browser using an existing profile. the browser hangs on the home page it is attempting to load work around by launching with a new profile
Also on Linux 2001031308. Seems to be using a lot of CPU while hanging.
The browser hangs on windows and Mac using the existing profile.

During the hanger, Mozilla keeps consuming more and more Memory on my Win2k box.

It crashes for me with no startup page specified. I start with Navigator + MailNews, though - could possibly be related to bug 71858?

I'm crashing on startup too(./mozilla), Linux opt build from the tip. I've tried pulling and building several times over the past several hours and it crashes before any window gets displayed every time. I also crash with ./mozilla -news and -mail. Everything was fine yesterday and before that. Either something is buggered up locally or the tree is broken. Can anyone else verify my findings and perhaps up this to smoketest blocker if I'm not alone please?

As for the Win32 builds, 20011204 doesn't hang but 2001031220 does.
