Style editor shows wrong number of rules in files

Steps to Reproduce
1.Open http://bugzilla.mozilla.org
2.Open the style editor
3.Scroll towards the end of the stylesheets list

Actual results
4.The file skins/custom/index.css?RandomNumber shows "2 rules", but when opened, it's empty

Expected results
4.The file skins/custom/index.css?RandomNumber shows "2 rules", and when opened, it shows two rules

I cannot reproduce on tip.
This might have been fixed with bug 713359.

I can't reproduce on Nightly either. We can close this bug.

Verified on Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:12.0a1) Gecko/20120125 Firefox/12.0a1
