These might be the last two pages full of text that we need to get off PHP (depending on gkoberger's study of the collector).  Anyway, these are literally cut/paste jobs:

There are a half dozen collector_* pages.  I'm waiting on Greg to say whether the collector is being continued as a project or not.  /credits is its own bug and is more complex (it's not a copy and paste thing).  /distribution is deprecated.  /review_guide looks like something I missed.  Looks like it might be out of date soon, but it's also a cut and paste page.  Let's make it part of this bug too.
