Hi Craig,
As we discussed, I would like to add 1-2 "featured posts" areas to The Den, both on the home page of the blog, as well as on the post pages.

hacks.mozilla.org as inspiration

I want the first post on the page to still be visible above the fold on an 800x600 screen resolution.

I'd like the featured post to have a small graphic. I will check with a designer and come back with a recommended graphic size. Then there should be a "headline" and then a small blurb. 

I believe you said we'd create custom categories to do this. 

On the blog post pages, let's call them "You May Also Like" and have one featured area at the top of the page. 

Goal is Q1 - so hopefully you'll have time in Feb to work on it. :)
