You'll need to check out part of the mozilla.org repository, where the Thunderbird site is being stored. You can:

svn co https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/

Please translate the file in the mozilla.org svn repository for the Thunderbird 10 What's New page, that is:

/sl/thunderbird/10.0/whatsnew/index.html

ONLY the parts that have CHANGED are in English. Ignore the javascript changes. You can see precisely where those are here: http://viewvc.svn.mozilla.org/vc/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/sl/thunderbird/10.0/whatsnew/index.html?r1=100479&r2=100478

There is also an image with English text in this version showing off the new OpenSearch feature. If you want to provide a translated image, you can place it in: 
https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.org/branches/staging/thunderbird/img/tb5/l10n/right-click-search-sl}.png OR attach it to this bug and I will commit it for you.

Note: in the English whatsnew/index.html Lightning is erroneously mentioned in the second addon URL as well. I changed it to CompactHeader, which seems to be quite popular.

I see the second addon URL in the English page here http://www-stage.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/10.0/whatsnew as Conversation View, not Lightning again, so I'm not sure what you meant?

Anyway, this will go live soon, but feel free to make changes later if needed.

My sl version had itz twice, but I have not checked EN-US version. I changed now to Conversation view add-on, as in the currect English version - but if the Compact header goes into product, it is no big loss.
