Steps to reproduce:

Right click on video with enabled html5 on youtube.com


Actual results:

 2 menus are appearing instead of 1.
1st - standard menu which apear when you click on empty space within site
2nd - menu for video (html5 <- important)


Expected results:

1 menu for video

You mean that you get the normal menu and an additional context menu from the site ?
Do you disabled the "Tools/options/content/[x]enable javascript->advanced/[x]disable or replace context menus" checkbox ?
Indeed. I didn't expect, that for displaying this menu JavaSript is used.
I thought that is embedded in web browser.
