When loading cmaps, we exclude certain scripts that require shaping if the fonts lack GSUB/GPOS or AAT tables.  Currently that doesn't include Lao and as a result under OSX 10.6 we use Arial Unicode MS incorrectly for Lao.

Based on bug 705594, comment 27, Jonathan feels we should also include Myanmar, Khmer, and N'Ko.

Steps:

- Open URL on 10.6 with default fonts.

Result: ">>>>>>" is displayed.

Should instead show hex boxes, since there's no font that supports Lao with the necessary shaping data.
