Currently you have to log-in to see the KPI dashboard, instead it should be open to all.
We put this behind a permission but it looks like we didn't include a migration for adding the permission. This means only superusers can access this page right now :-(.

Going to just go ahead and remove the permission checks and get it into the next push.
