Steps to reproduce:

I have install new Firefox after downloading from Mozilla Firefox official website.


Actual results:

But after installation when i start using Firefox tabs are not displaying on top while i have already checked the option "Tabs on Top" in "View->Toolbars->Tabs on Top" 

When i press "Ctrl+t" it works fine (tabs are displayed on top) 


Expected results:

After checked the option "Tabs on Top" it should display number of tab on top without pressing "Ctrl+t"

I could not reproduce this issue using Firefox 43 and Nightly 46.

Ahmed, is this issue still reproducible for you on the latest Firefox version?
