Create this on django ahead of MWC (week of 2/20):
developer.mozilla.org/apps-mwc

this will be a developer landing page that includes sign-up for dev-preview & newsletter call to action/and other business-side benefits
Is this just the vanity URL, or is there MWC-specific content/layout?
Is this needed anymore?
MWC has come and gone. We used a different landing url.
