User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686 on x86_64; rv:9.0.1) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/9.0.1 Build ID: 20111220165912 Steps to reproduce: I have a sessionrestore.js with an old session, and started Firefox 10.0. Actual results: Firefox 10 started, but ignored the sessionstore.js and showed only a window with an empty tab. Expected results: Firefox 10 should have restored the old session or showed the usual "sessionrestore"-tab. This is a regression in Firefox 10; in Firefox 9.0.1 it works (with *exacty* the same sessionstore.js). Downgrading from 10.0 to 9.0.1 "solves" the problem, and the old session is restored again. I've attached a small sessionstore.js example, which FF10 wrote, but didn't restore again. FF9 restored it without any problems.

This session file restores fine for me. Do you see any errors in the error console? Do you have any addons that may interfere with the built in session restore?

I have disabled all addons and tested it again => same behaviour: ./firefox9/firefox restores the session, ./firefox10/firefox does not. The error console is empty both in Firefox 9 and Firefox 10 (when I use a little different sessionstore.js which only shows the sessionrestore-window and doesn't automatically load the websites; otherwise it was empty execpt for some warnings about the loaded websites.)

WFM on windows 32bit in clean profile using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0 Firefox/17.0 2012-08-26 r.koebler, can you reproduce this in a clean profile using your session file?
