We need to know the room names in new offices as early as possible so we can set up Room History tracking bugs to track AirMo/Teleconference design and implementation.

Anybody know the names for YVR (Vancouver), LHR (London), CDG (Paris)?

Do we have active rooms in China, Taiwan, or New Zealand?

If so, please add the names as comments here and we'll get the appropriate Room History bugs created.

There's a Room History saved search in bugzilla.  Choose Preferences in the light blue bar above, then click on the Saved Searches Tab.

Taipei does not have any Vidyo rooms. The room layout for TPE1 is listed at

In the large conference rooms, they have an ip based multimedia system called an MOD from their local telecom. It provides local TV and I am unsure of its capabilities but there are some video conferencing features.

Room names for Vancouver:

- Siwash
- Buntzen
- Deep Cove
- Lighthouse
- Crazy Raven
- Whytecliff
- Wreck
- Dinky Peak
- Adana

There's a numbering scheme as well for IT purposes, e.g. Siwish is YVR 2A, and Buntzen is YVR 2B. I don't know the mapping for the others.

Vancouver has a list of rooms in mana here:

The names should be correct, just need telephone #'s for the rooms (which we are working on)

West Wing:
- YVR-2A Siwash (green room)
- YVR-2B Buntzen (red room)
- YVR-2C Deep Cove (white room)
- Yvr-2D Lighthouse (entryway lounge)
- YVR-2E Crazy Raven (slate)

East Wing:
- Whytecliff (commons)
- YVR-2F Wreck (red)
- YVR-2G Dinky Peak (green)
- YVR-2H Adanac (red)
