Nagios is green for wp-db15 after recreating /data and redeploying weave databases.  Only needs mysql bits to put back into prod, but will need to figure out how to remove scheduled downtime for nagios-phx beforehand.
Downtime removed and mysql bits flipped, pushed back into prod.
